Originally established in 1971 in Letchworth, Herts, Linear Instruments Services has over the last three decades built up an enviable reputation within the process and temperature control industries for high quality, reliable and competitively priced calibration services. Now based in Shefford, Beds, the company operates a well-equipped Laboratory for calibrating temperature measuring instruments, thermocouples and resistance thermometers to traceable standards. Additionally, instrumentation with other electrical input signals can also be calibrated to the same standards, whilst in-house certification can be offered for pressure gauges and transducers. On site maintenance and calibration services are also offered, and can be tailored to suit your requirements. Our engineers are able to look after your control and monitoring systems, locate any potential problems, reducing the possibility of downtime and product loss.
